Fixed bug in reading more than one dynamic loading functions. When there were more than one loading functions which had different number of points the program ad an error reading them. There was no problem reading the first one.

Fixed bug related the stiffness calculation when we had single pile. The final displacements would not much those from the case when each load was applied to the pile head individually. The discrepancy was minor and it was related to the fact that during the stiffness calculation the load is applied at the additional load that the program generates (on top of the pile head) instead of the pile head.

Fixed bug related to the calculation of the degrees of freedom of the last node in the span element. This bug affected only the bridge models but since the load is not directly applied on the bridge nodes the error in the results is small.

Changed the way we calculate the properties of the bridge span vertical link. The program was originally assigning the properties of the vertical link based on those of the corresponding local axis in the bridge deck (ie axis 1 of vertical link is in the same direction as axis 2 of the deck). Now the calculation is based on stiffness. For more information consult the User's guide.

Fixed pyplot issue with the limestone McVay. The problem was related to unit conversion. The analysis engine was calculating the results based on correct units. The display of the graph was in error.
