Fixed an error in the mass distribution for dynamic analysis when a "free length" was included. If the free length had more than one node AND the element length of the free length elements were very different than the pile elements in the soil, there could be accuracy errors in the dynamic results. Fixed an error in dynamic nodal load application to the multiple pier models using ground accelerations. Loading was applied incorrectly to 2nd and higher piers and caused the answers to be incorrect. The problem ONLY exists for multiple pier models - single pier models were OK.

Fixed a printout error in torsional force in soil springs. When there is a zero torsional displacement, the hyperbolic torsional soil routine prints out a large torsion soil force in soil force recovery. This is due to an assumed initial stiffness used in soil nonlinear analysis. The error does not affect the analysis, only the printout.
