Class 3: Fixed a computational error of pier column stiffness, i.e., if H-section was used in pile segments, then the local axis-orientation of the section affected the computation of stiffness of a round-shape pier column and, thus, moment interaction diagram of the circular pier column was incorrect.

Class 3: Fixed an error in applying selfweight. This error caused selfweight to be applied to "preload" case.
Engine »
Class 3: Fixed an error in calculation of the pile cap elevation for use in computation of the pile cap bearing effects.
Engine »
Class 4: Fixed a printout error of nodal elevations for the maximum and minimum pile bending moments.
Engine »
Updated analysis routines to properly account local-axis orientations of H- and bullet-section for use in modeling of pier column and cap.
Engine »
Updated a computational routine to calculate the stiffness of custom bearing springs, i.e., linear springs only. The input dialog of GUI misled users to believe that nonlinear springs could be used for custom bearing pads.
Engine »
Updated user-defined stress-strain routines to allow various Poisson’s ratios of custom materials to be used in analysis.
Engine »
Added printout for local-axis orientations of pier columns and caps.

Class 3: Fixed an error in assigning multiple soil sets in the Soil Table.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed an error in Soil Page, which used to reset the QZ model to “Driven Pile” if a soil type of the top layer changes. In the process of changing the top soil layer's soil type, the tip model for the soil set was reset to the default value of "Driven Pile".

Class 3: Fixed an error in the calculation of pier areas for use in wind load generation of bridge models in SI unit system. Column and pier cap dimensions were calculated to larger than the user-inputted dimensions, causing the program-generated wind loading to be larger than it should be. This erroneous calculation of the pier area was limited to the program generation of wind loading.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed an error in Load Page to consistently apply load types per AASHTO load combination to bridge models. When using the load "Type" combo box on the Load Page, only the load type for the currently selected pier was updated, causing inconsistency of load types across the piers in the bridge model. This inconsistency led to improper file format in the input file, resulting in an input file that would not open.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed a display error in Interaction Diagrams of models with multiple pile segments. When using Element Selection Mode, the Interaction Diagram that was displayed corresponded to pile segment 1, even when segment 2 or higher was selected.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed an error in applying the cap bearing effect to general pier, retaining wall, and bridge models.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed a labeling error in Pile Results Window for which elevation is mislabeled as depth. The elevation of the element at which the maximum and minimum force values occur is now reported correctly, matching the orientation used in the plot windows.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed an error in bridge models that allowed both prescribed displacement and load to be applied to piers. This kept the analysis from executing, in models which has prescribed displacements in a load case in one pier, and no load data of any kind in the same load case in another pier in the bridge.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed an error in Load Table that allowed user to delete load cases. All load cases must now be deleted on the Load Page. The Load Table is now solely used to input, edit and delete loads, but not load cases.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed a random crash issue in 3D Result Window when Element Forces Dialog is launched for a selected element. When model was rotated in 3D Results Window such that extra members overlapped other model elements, selecting one of the overlapped elements resulted in a crash.
Interface »
Class 5: Fixed a crash issue on Grid Spacing Table when mesh of pile cap is defined in Windows 7. If number of grid rows in Grid Spacing Table was such that the bottom most grid required a vertical scrollbar to draw, the scrollbar did not always draw, thereby inducing a crash.
Interface »
Updated the feature of external bridge springs that are applied to all load cases. In bridge models, springs are applied to each load case. In single pier AASHTO models, springs are applied to each load combination.
Interface »
Updated the custom bearing feature of bridge model to be consistent with analysis, i.e., linear spring only. This necessitates only two curve points are input, as the curve is linear.
Interface »
Increased the robustness of GUI in viewing results particularly for a model that has a high resolution, i.e., a large number of elements. This will result in fewer drawing backlogs, and faster navigation from one results window to another.
Interface »
Updated drawing and labeling in 2D and 3D windows. This includes matching the H section color in the structure and substructure, changing the bearing color to black, increasing the drawing height of bearings on Hsection pier caps / bent caps, and changing the exponential notation to include "^".
