Class 2: Fixed an error associated with group axial coefficients for driven pile t-z soil spring curves.
Engine »
Class 4: Enhanced uniformity of system array initialization. Specifically, the control logic associated with pile stiffness formation, based on effective diameters in piles, was enhanced to account for only actively assigned pile types.
Engine »
Class 4: Fixed a printout error, and cleaned up formatting, associated with output print statements pertaining to minimum moments along pile members.
Engine »
Class 4: Added proper initialization for out-of-balance force prints.
Engine »
Class 5: Cleaned up the GUI-dialog print statements issued on-screen during analysis.
Engine »
Class 5: Cleaned up the output print statement formatting associated with discrete damper forces.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed error in Soil Table with multiple soil sets that use Custom Q-Z curves in which curve data was not being saved correctly when exiting the soil table. There was also a units display issue on the P-Y Data dialog launched from the Soil Table.
Interface »
Class 3: Fixed error with Extra Members including file saving issue with sound wall models, and pier cap / bent cap taper causing extra members to shift position.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed display errors when viewing interaction diagrams, including cantilever arm not displaying for high mast models, and wrong dimensions for the selected cross section.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed display error on Circular Section Properties dialog where turning off the H-section caused shell and void controls to become temporarily disabled.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed error on Problem page relating to conversion of the model type of an existing model, including conversion from a column analysis model, and from a single pier with extra members to a bridge model. When changing from single pier to bridge model, with Rectangular and H section extra members, the 2nd extra member cross section (H) gets overwritten by the first extra member cross section (Rectangular).
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed drawing error in 3D Results window including a) extra member positioning if model has only 1 bearing and 1 beam node, b) plastic hinge zones did not draw for extra member elements, c) and when using the Picking Forces Control menu option, when selecting an extra member directly atop the bent cap, the popup menu for Pier Cap and Extra Member doesn't always show.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed error when using dynamic analysis, including a) crash when running dynamic relaxation in batch mode, b) with models with at least 3 load functions, the 3rd load function was overwritten by the second load function if the 3rd load function had fewer points than the 2nd load function, and c) with models with 2 or more load functions, the load function names were changed to default names when reopening the input file.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed error on the Load Page where loading on node 1 in preload case sometimes got deleted when returning from Load Table.
Interface »
Class 4: Fixed issues in AASHTO mode including LFD user-defined factors not maintaining value when file is reopened, and factors being defaulted after printing the factor table. Also added the gamma value has been added to the display on the LFD Load Factor Table for greater clarity
Interface »
Class 4: Added error checking to prevent crashes related to improper input being used for analysis. This includes exceeding the number of material properties, insufficient cantilever node counts, soil curves not in ascending order, and the mixed condition of free standing piles (free length) and buried piles in the same pier.
Interface »
Class 5: Fixed drawing error in 3D View and 3D Bridge View windows as follows: a) in thick mode, bearings will become hidden when user pans or zooms the model, b) for pile bent models, beam taper didn’t draw correctly unless cantilevers were also tapered, c) pier cap slope would draw with the appearance of slight gap in the pier cap if slope was steep, d) water table elevation was drawn slightly off if water was at set to centerline of pile cap, e) extra members in thick mode sometimes drew slightly away from the i-node or j-node, f) extra members using bullet or H shapes were represented as rectangular in the thick mode drawing, g) changed drawing color of pier cross sections that use shells to a reddish brown color.
Interface »
Class 5: Fixed drawing error in Pile Edit window with scaling of H section piles.
Interface »
Class 5: Fixed display error with sizing of program windows, such as when using multiple monitors and program is dragged from one monitor to another.
Interface »
Class 5: Fixed an error in non-applicable external springs to foundation stiffness models (by design, external springs are not intended for use with the equivalent stiffness model). As a result, the application of springs to stiffness models has been disabled.
Interface »
Class 5: In Pier Results force plots, adjusted plot orientation to match orientation used by pile plots, in which up is positive.
