Problem
How do you update the software license?
Solution
Run the program and select "Update Software License" from the Control pulldown menu. Follow the instruction in the license configuration wizard. For internet updating, use the license ID and password provided by the BSI. For phone updates, give the Session Code and Computer ID to the BSI representative and they will provide the necessary unlocking codes.
Note-a firewall will prevent the Internet update from working properly, use phone update method instead.
